YOUTH HAVEN INC
Youth Haven is a 24 acre PUD (ref Ord. No. 89-012) with a maximum density of 10 children per area and additional support staff as necessary. The PUD is for Group Care Facilities and any other use which is comparable in nature. This amendment is to change the density to allow a maximum of 240 individuals consisting of both children and senior adult memory care individuals to be housed in group care facilities. The PUD amendment also requests a 1 acre parcel to be added to the PUD area. The 1 acre parcel is located between the current Youth Haven PUD site and Santa Barbara Boulevard. This residual parcel is the result of the Santa Barbara Boulevard expansion and is Zoned RMF-6. The amendment request is the change the zoning form RMF-6 to PUD and utilize the parcel for stormwater management and Buffering from Santa Barbara Blvd. The addition of the 1 acre would increase the PUD area to 25 acres.

A stub to the west does not make sense, but an east stub-out should be revised to be an 8" water main extension along the PUD's frontage on Whitaker Rd. 8/13/2018: The commitment language has been retained in its original form but needs to be modified per my previous comment.
