Your affidavit of authorizations are a bit confusing. You submitted one from TBC Tree Farm 2, LLC as contract purchaser, authorizing TBC Tree Farm 1, LLC as their agent--however, TBC Tree Farm 2, LLC is actually already owner of a portion of the property, so they shouldn't be listed as contract purchaser. And you submitted another affidavit from TBC Tree Farm 1, LLC as owner, authorizing Grady Minor and CYK as agents. If you intend for TBC Tree Farm 1, LLC to be the actual "applicant," then the only thing you need to do is revise TBC Tree Farm 2, LLC's affidavit to list them as "owner." However, if you intended for BOTH to be applicant, then you'll need to revise TBC Tree Farm 2, LLC's affidavit to list them as "owner" AND to list Grady Minor and CYK as their agent.

Your proposed change to Table IV (Residential Development Standards)--1) you are striking through footnote 5 for "Actual Height" but I don't see any existing PUD language for footnote 5. Is your strikethrough a mistake? 2) you only added the new footnote 5 to the Mult-Family column; was that intentional, or do you intend that footnote to apply to all residential dwelling types?

You added "Amended By" language to the first page of the PUD. However, this would be the SECOND amendment to the PUD. If you're going to add "amended by" language, you'll have to include a section for the 2015 amendment and the current amendment.

Your proposed footnote says "In the event amendments are made to the Addie's Corner PUD to allow for a unified development plan of both properties..." Didn't Addies Corner ALREADY make those amendments in 2017-28? If so, using that language here might cause confusion as to whether Addies has to do ANOTHER amendment. I'll defer to staff.
